    I will find a Burger King someday. Boiled sausage and vegetables is a real treat! You can use ham, pork or beef even. Chicken if you are really feeling fancy. Dont forget the dumplings!

    Uh, I think porridge is a grain based product. I guess Mr. Fancy Pants doesn't like what the peasants eat. I like to take some mass produced smoked sausage, frozen preferably, cabbage, carrots, onion and potatoes and boil the ever loving shit outta it. Tasty!

    I have been thinking about it. At the last cover crop tour I was on there was a fellow there that I knew. He lives in Missoula now and helps people set up all sorts of poly tunnels. He gave me his info, might look into it. I would still like to see your pictures though.

    Casseroles are great! We cook from frozen, or canned up here all the time. Nothing is day fresh unless you grew it yourself.

    Very good Gary. I would say you Southern fellers are a bit more adept at making a fish taste good than us Northern types. Dad went through the "fish Fridays" as a Catholic kid. If all you caught was a sucker, that's what you ate. Pan fried. Dad says it was horrible!

    Not much of it up here, but there are some folks that like Lutefisk. Scandinavians anyway. Always interested in what other cultures find tasty. Took a picture tour of North Korea last night while trying to sleep. I think I would starve to death over there.
