Well, I have run my sawmill idea by the wife, my folks, and the hired man. Everyone seems to think its a good idea for me to have a sawmill. So, knowing that, I am having second thoughts. No one ever thinks my ideas are good. Found a Wood Mizer 40 in Kalispell Montana for a good price...

Not as much as we used too now that we have moved our calving date to the middle of May. Wont be feeding nearly as much. Just working on all my old iron. My hired man is the kind of guy that would help me too, I think. I think it would be a good fit. Just need to find a logger I guess?

Lots of pine and fir in the hills. Fir is all I buy. You can make great planks out of cottonwood.
