This dealer should be shut down. I don't even have the right words to express how pissed off I would be. Have you contacted anyone at Morbark headquarters to tell them what kind of shit show that dealer is? I think you have more power than you're aware of.

I've had the complete opposite experience with my morbark dealer. They knock my socks off. It's sounds like the dealer sucks.

Nick, why isn't the dealer doing this work? It should all be covered under warranty and you shouldn't even have to mess with it. We broke the upper feed wheel off of the shaft a weeks ago on our machine. The dealer put a brand new feed wheel on with brand new bearings, and fixed other issues...

Nick, I had a hard time finding a lithium EP2 grease online too so I ordered it from Morbark. We only use that grease on the feed wheel and drum bearings since it is expensive and use a much cheaper grease for the rest of the zerks.

You should not have to pay for a dime. There is a 2 year manufacturer's warranty on Morbark machines. They should also supply you with a demo in the meantime.
