    I located it. It was in the venerable "High Back Cut, Burnham Style" thread. That thread was one of the more interesting ones ever and worth a full read if you have the time. It and ran on and on, bumped and heading off again. Anyway, post 183 or so, here you go if you're interested...

    I'm more with Reg on setting wedges and how much...but for sure it is not going to be the same with every tree. Back leaners wedge over much easier if you don't allow them to set back any at all, and that takes keeping wedges tight all through the back cut. Somewhere here in a thread we talked...
