    Chart for the boom and a chart for the jib. ALWAYS stay on the chart. That's one nice looking rig PCTree but they turn ugly fast on their side. Never ever become complacent. Best of luck to ya.

    Jay, Grove will charge ya $400 for a bearing you can get anywhere else for $40 and both are Timken. The good ol days of dealing with John Grove and Earl Keifer are long gone.

    What will freak ya out is on a day with clear blue sky's, in the cab all calm and comfortable, you look up at the head of the boom just as a cloud passes by. Your brain thinks the cloud is sitting still and the boom is swinging. Laughed at myself many a time as I came down on the brake.

    I think ZF is a German company but they have plants in over 25 countries, great choice in a tranny for a AT model. Grove builds work horses not fashion statements.
