Hahahaha What can I say? I like toys, toys make me money working, might as well share the fun!

I never really had to have give in my platform. My Thomas had a rigid platform... put 1500 hours on it without complaint. I never really cared for the Boxer's spring mounted platform... plus given my size I pretty well keep it bottomed out. Make the platform strong enough to handle you...

No dissing, only admiring it's vintage qualities! I suggest making the platform hinge upward some amount to improve your departure angle. I would consider making a stop so it can't over rotate upwards and watch out for pinch points!

That may have happened some time, but for 4 years I loaded all my debris driving up ramps and into the trailers. I've probably been up and down ramps on a mini more than any two people combined.

Yeah, if you could deal with a 20' "bed" on your dump trailer, you might as well have a 20' dump body. Having a dump trailer with a platform makes no sense. You can haul a mini in the dump bed, you can't load/dump the platform. Granted it's a popular idea, but I damn sure don't understand...

Given that setup I would get aluminum ramps to carry it in the the box on the truck. No point in sinking the time or money building a platform on that chipper, no offense intended. With a mini you'll be doing more work faster than ever... More money will bring a bigger chipper perhaps, it can be...

Yeah folks have made platforms or sulkies for pretty much any mini. We are a Camoplast dealer, we could ship your tracks with a snazzy BMG!
