Leg straps is the only way to go if you're at all inclined to be actively mobile in and around the crown, imo. Be worth your time to take a look at a New Tribe ProGear. A really fine SRT saddle, works well DRT, too. Only downside is the lack of a sliding bridge...but a lot of good climbers...- Burnham
