    I work with some guys that don't drink hardly at all...maybe at 10, lunch, and 3, and they seem fine with it. I have to pour it in. It confuses the picture. Once you start sweating heavily and take a lot of water, it seems to get the cycle going.

    I get thirsty as hell too when working, but apparently you are really thirsty before you know it, with aging. Steve, thanks for posting that link to dealing with cramps. I am prone to leg cramps after a hard day.

    In Asia, I know that beer sales shoot way up when the hot and wet weather kicks in. Coincides with the typhoon season.

    I have heard or read that with aging, also comes you becoming less sensitive to your need for fluid intake. Becoming thirsty takes longer to appear.

    I notice that after a couple cycles drinking water heavily and sweating it out, there is no odor at all. I feel cleaned out. It seems to last for another day or two as well.

    If I am really sweating and guzzling water or sports drink, the way I usually do, i seldom have to pee. It seems like it all pumps out in sweat, I mean drenched. I don't know if that is good or not.

    I can only imagine that a lot of people have climbed trees and done the work, then returned home without a second thought, not realizing how close they were to having the tree they were in earlier, do something very undesirable.
