Scott, I had the same problem with 1.75 Zing-it cutting my hands. Went to the heavier 2.2mm Zing-it and have been using that for the last several years. Much easier on the hands and it doesn't get wind knots as easily. If I were regularly setting lines over 100' then I might go back to 1.75 for...
