Tonight was a vegetarian scramble wrap. Egg beaters Florentine, some mixed grilled veggies, and the last boca-burger crumbled into it, all on a low-carb, multi-grain wrap.
Since I was relegated to the toaster and microwave at the hotel tonight, I microwaved my burger, but otherwise it was a boca-burger on low-carb 12 grain bread, broccoli and cheese, and cinnamon-orange herbal tea.
Twas tasty! :D
I finally met up with some friends last night here in Cedar Rapids. We went to Parlor City Pub. I ended up with a blackened shrimp and low-carb spinach flatbread wrap, with "Philly Cheesesteak Soup."

I found the liver, with the glorious yellow sticker on it, during my pilgrimage to the Church of Walton yesterday, so I snagged it. It's been a while since I have actually cooked any.
I must not have had enough remaining blood alcohol to make it taste right. :lol:
No this one was just not the greatest that I have been to. The one in Canton Oh, and the few I visited in Georgia and South Carolina were ok.

Tonight was Blackened, grilled fresh-caught tuna, steamed vegetables, and mashed red-skin, garlic mashed potatoes, with an appetizer of lobster and crab bisque.
Ok... put yourself in my shoes, here. I'm in a motel, no fridge, no microwave, and it's almost 11 PM. You've been going since before 6 AM, with no lunch, a light continental breakfast, and only water. ;)
