Looking through some old pics on my phone... Anyone ever try to see just how much you can cram on a dump trailer? I climb for one guy who takes the prize. I’ve never seen anyone pile more on a 10’ dump trailer. And I once saw him pile what looked like 10 yards of brush on a Chevy S-10.

I've been unable to work for five weeks now....I'm about ready to go sign up for a goofy check...

How did you rig on that? As in friction above or below? When it gets sketchy, unlike to use the porty up top to reduce rigging forces.

Forgot a before picture, but got one at 8:58, when I came down to clean up the bigger/lower limbs. (Got started at 8:00). Second pic was at 4:00 PM, as we were leaving. Eight hours, start to finish. Pic is deceiving. Tree is just over 90’ tall, about 42” across the stump. One big load hauled...

I use it hanging a hammock sometimes.

Looks more like a Marlin spike hitch to me, except with a carabiner instead of a spike or toggle.

If you watch at the very end, you can see the privacy fence 4’-5’ from the trunk of the tree, and there were other targets in the yard I was in. The guy I was climbing for shot the vid. I assure you I don’t negative rig for the fun of it!

Speaking of rough rides, this was my worst. I’d told my son-in-law to take three wraps on the porty. He did, but was looking up and didn’t realize he’d backed around to where the side of the porty was riding hard against the tree, preventing it from running as it should. Knocked both hooks out...

I was supposed to take off and tote bricks and mortar again today, but my brick guy called in sick. So we got a late start on a declining, lightning-struck pine. About 38”-40” across the stump. Pics are deceiving. Some of those limbs are over 8” diameter with the biggest one over 10” diameter...

And if you're going to do fentanyl, don't tangle with the po-po....the two together seem to be fatal...

Just curious...we’ve had a remarkably wet spring/early summer. Could that have anything to do with limb drop?
