That chain he sold you is my favorite of all chains ,the skip clears the softwood chips real nice ,the semi part makes limbing and boring smoother ,did the shop have the correct file to sharpen it with ? no reason to convert to round ,that ruins it in my opinion ,the file i use is a 6 sided flat...

i have run the outerwears on atv's for years ,will not run without them now ,they look like would restrict flow a lot ,but they actually do not

these are made by outerwears company ,they do not catch everything ,but help a lot with the hd2 filters ,they repel water also

It has the little red light bulb in the plastic ,but no wires hooked to it ,maybe the coil had been updated ? the scrench holder is oem stihl off the 460 rescue saws the firefighters use ,here is the part # i have been asked before on these ,the # helps the dealer find the part faster

if you are looking for an 066 ,i have one listed on ebay right now ,Mastermind ported it ,it is the early model ,but in very nice shape still ,it is very powerful

I'm in the same boat ,too many ways to do something ,i have outgrown my shop ,need/want larger ,but it's there and really full of crap ,i really want a covered spot for milling ,i could add on a roof easily there ,but need deeper ,i may just extend the front and move the garage doors from front...

putting off the new shop for a bit ? my one i have now is a little under 1200 feet and a wood stove warms it pretty good

the only drawback of a good sized shop ,is it's hard to keep warm
