I think ive done it inthe past, but the first turn aroune the chain, or carabiner in this case. Can you do a crown, then proceed to splice? Instead of doing one strand on way thru, and the other two strands the opposite?

For everyday rigging and loads, i think bend radius means jack. Like the fishpole technique, it was an issue created to sell a product to guys who hang way to much off their saddle in the first place. IMO of course.

Without members there would be no forum. Tis a shame it seems like somethings running off new, and well seasoned members alike.

I had always thought no matter how many x rings you line up, the bend radius is the same on the corners as having just one anyways. They look neat, i still dont have any rings. 10 years so far and ive never wished for more than my two CMI 5/8" Arborist Pulley. Strap on the toys boys!

Im thinking sd64 late spring. Hopefully can contribute to carls stock fever. I had the truck, loved using it when i actually did. I just didnt care for driving it, and was always affraid of lawn and driveway damage. Id find reasons not to use it, so off it went. The whole registration, inspection, truck police, kept me from enjoying it. They sure are handy tho, and with how i setup my micro setup, a mobile lift could be a game changer for me. The sd seems stout, some just look so cheasy. The tuepen i ran was scary, he has a omme? now. Im amazed how much thsy thing sways in wind.

Ya its lame. They expected the healthy people to pay for the sick people. The healthy people said screw this (me included), dropped out, hence the disaster (among other things). Its disgusting, and i get to hear the stories from the hospital from Ashly. Really gets ya fired up

I had good insurance till obama mandated it. Then it almost doubled, for less coverage too. I dropped it and paid the fine for a couple years, took a risk and got lucky. Nothing i do is safe from my work to after work activities. Luckily i have it now thru Ashly. Insurance is a joke, as is the system.

I have used the Teupen Leo23GT alot, for a narrow access machine it's incredibly versatile in height and reach. As others said it was plagued with electrical gremlins. I think if I were to buy one I would want a Teupen engineer reasonably close, the owner of the one I used did. It did develop a fault in the wiring loom that could only be fixed in the factory, that involved it going for a holiday too Germany and a ?10k bill!!!

Jim, i do beleove the black vs red and white is an older concern. The GX are the pro grade Honda's, while the GC are the lower end. I believe they used to color coat, but now GX also come in black. My love affiar with Honda comes from MX. The materials and craftsman ship of them are obvious next to other manufacturers.

Most of em come with wheels when I buy em. , hahaha. The last stand alone engine I bought when I built the grapple trailer was from northern tool. Check surplus center too.
