I'm sure it was, but mobile pages are usually limited, so I use desktop by default.

I don't think they encourage them, I think that there are very large populations of legal and illegal immigrants, and everyone just keeps going there because they feel the safest when they are in a group. These immigrants don't have skills that make them employable, and they become a huge drain on society. However they said the same about the Irish, the polish, etc in large eastern cities a century ago. I do completely agree that if you are poor, it's the place to be. Florida wouldn't be bad either :/: but California would be amazing. They are progressive, and they have policies that can enable some, but I don't think that was intentional, I think it was misguided and not thought out fully. I don't think that trying to help people is bad tho, just the way I am I guess. If I was homeless up here in Illinois I would just kill myself, too cold to even try lol.

The dual mass in the 7.3 powerstroke was there to smooth out the output to protect the drivetrain and reduce noise/better ride. In practice, using it like a truck not a daily driver negates any good. More moving parts in the dual mass too

Robert, if you could please, don't look at that giant elephant standing over there. You would be correct assuming that a large elephant like that doesn't belong in a treehouse, but we've silently decided that if we ignore it long enough, it will leave peacefully :/:

I pulled my zf5 with the harbor freight tranny jack, with the transfer case still attached (rounded bolt head grrrrrr). I also put it off forever, it actually isn't that bad. Get rid of that dual mass bs too while you are at it.

No. Putting something that close to the hinge greatly increases the load on said hinge. The proper way is usually putting a channel iron or angle iron on the exposed cylinder, and then locking that in place, commercial ones have a chain and pin thing, zipties our just rope tying it so it can't come off is fine.

I don't think that was Robert's intention, but that is where it will likely end up lol. But sherrill had it coming too lol

"Thousands of jobs making plastic bags" ? "Blue state ideology" ? "Conservative homeless and poor" ? I gotta call bs. Overpopulation by floods of immigrants and not enough industry leads to cali's problems, not to mention if I was gonna do drugs and live on the beach, that's the spot lol. Basically California is the new New York city from the early 1900s

Try soaking the cable in penetrating oil, and then working it back and forth a ton. Go so far as spraying the part in the cab. Unless the cable has a rubber coating on it, it should loosen it because it's built like a slinky. The goal is to get oil on the inside of the cable and then break the rust free. Worst case you have to swap it out, not the end of the world either. You also might want to try disconnecting the cable at the valve and then operating the valve. While you have it off pull it out farther and really pour some oil in the sleeve part of the cable, and work it back and forth. .If it's still lifting slow and such, and your fluid levels are ok, it could be a seal in the valve. There could also be air in the cylinders from sitting so long, so bleeding them or even just lifting it up and down repeatedly will help it. When equipment sits forever, small problems like this start to appear. The seals dry out, stuff corrodes together, etc. Fortunately you should be able to get it working like new again with minimal parts. Now would be a good time to grease the pivot hinges and scissor mechanism as well. Check for rust and eaten away steel around those critical components, but whatever you do, mechanically lock the bed upright. People have died working on dump trucks by trusting the hydraulics to hold it upright.

Bcbs pulled the same stunt here too, and the contract was supposed to expire right when our son was due. I have bcbs, and they fixed it in the 11th hour thank God, but still.

Outrigger pads do give better traction, but ideally the foot is cribbed level first. I also think that certain (most) outriggers actually specify pads 3x the area of the outrigger foot on dirt.

And then there's that. Up here they would have likely called them on that bluff, but then again we are in very different parts of the country. They actually voted on rtw in this state a few years ago, actually put forth by the democrats lol. 72-0 against, 15 republicans didn't vote. It's like that here. Chicago is huge, but the rest of the state is normal America. But the labor struggle is remembered and alive here, although in the more rural areas is playing with going non union in certain professions. The uaw and other factory unions have been crushed here, teachers and other public sector unions are declining, construction is actually going more union around here. They aren't perfect, they aren't for everyone, but it has been the best thing for me and my family in my life by a long shot. Believe it or not, I'm not the anti Christ because of it either. I'm not rich by any means, I'm middle class, at the moment probably mid middle class, but it's given me a life that can support a family.
