Yes, I like the 4 stroke using mix gas. Butch it may not bend quite as easy but, when it does I suspect it will be once and done. I do stuff risking the pole/shaft at times and 99 or 199 times it turns out okay. On the older round ones when it doesn't I put it between a crotch and slightly bend it back until I get the straightest, keep on running, configuration. The end five foot tube and inner shaft I'm running now on my smaller HT has been bent about 3 times and is continuing to work okay - albeit with more noise. About 6 months of added service so far.

Oh yeah, same as always on my computer. I must have changed a setting on my phone. I will try it a bit and probably change it back.

Pretty bland compared to the green and white background and information I'm used to. I'll check on my computer later.

Stihl changed to squarish front tubes and a few other things a while back. I'm going to order a bunch of the old style front tubes and drive shafts to keep my older models going. Just a heads up.

The House is coming up with a new look for me on my phone now. And it has a logo of "V Bulletin." Is a similar change showing for everyone? Or did I press a wrong button somewhere?

I would like a list. It will (at times) effect my self focused purchasing decisions. AND it will give information to those that don't have the inside scoop. If someone or some company finds this offensive or if it costs them somewhere, maybe they should look beyond what is strictly legal and grow some more personal integrity/pride. (If you don't like seeing it in print - that's a clue.) More to follow.

Paul I can understand their $ motivation to deny you. I have heard that that 'cure' for hep c is expensive. I knew a nurse that went from being an RN to working in a big insurance companies claims dept. The insurance companies spend about 33 percent of their gross income just in supporting the denial of claims process. If you contest their initial denial your odds of approval automatically jump up. (Squeaky Wheel) If you have a doctor fighting for you and proof of this or that it radically jumps beyond that. I wonder if there is someone near you who can be hired to fight patient rights on your behalf?

I use cut resistant gloves when I'm doing Silky work for hours on end. They work well to minimize damage to a hand - cut proof, no. I put sticks in the fingers of a test pair and contacted it with a Silky in various ways. Direct on puncture strike it softens the blow. Dragging passing strike it minimizes the damage some. Dragging aggressive strike it goes right through, slightly minimized. I see value in cut resistant, just as a back up to forethought and a plan to not get cut.

Cory I do about the same - minus the bucket truck. I bought a gallon of the premixed 2 year shelf life fuel for the Wraptor because it's not a daily or weekly user. Invaluable when the job does call for it.

I worked in Mendocino County for a couple of weeks right near harvest time. Every day driving along in the heat of late summer I would smell the strong odor of pot in the same places. Yep, "must be a big garden near here." Serious question for those that use weed (as I don't.) If you were to make an honest comparison to drinking and driving, how much would you say using and driving effects your driving ability? (Not judging, just wanting to know.)

Merle Nelson replied to a thread Climber Weight in Climbing Forum
Welcome to The Tree House treesplease. An interesting thread you started. I doubt you want my opinion. But on the off chance I am wrong I will give it to you anyway. It is very doable to have your body healthfully drop half a pound to a pound per day till you are down near your ideal body weight. For me that is the weight I was when I was in high school decades ago. When it comes to torn things in the body a doctor should be consulted to tell you what that means. After that and before doing irreversible operations etc a person can look into how our bodies can tear things and , if they hadn't, what would have had to be going on in the body to not have it happen. Why is this information of so little interest to most? No pill or surgeons knife can successfully give you what you want - it can't be bought. It's all you, it's all personal effort every step of the way.
