How fast a saw moves through the wood is only a portion of "cutting fast"...better efficiency = higher production...eliminate all unnecessary movements/steps in the process and you'll be faster and expend less energy accomplishing more.

Don't know about the sunlight, but Charley gets less eggs in the Winter...not sure if that pertains to all breeds either. The dog is trained for Bear...did in a big turkey too the day it got loose...back in his kennel 'til bear season now

Wasn't a "knee problem" in that sense Jomo...more like I just flat lost the power in my legs to climb...all my joints used to let me know they were there pretty consistently...I think a lot of inflammation might have settled down... I rarely miss tree work. I loved it, but I have other things I like doing as well and can spend more time on them now...like auditioning for a full time job as a second fiddle player with a band down in North Carolina...never would have considered it when I was running a business.

I finally had to give in to the fact my knees (among other things) were going at 56, I could produce the work while aloft, but getting there became an obstacle I wasn't surmounting well...I feel 10 years younger since i've been not climbing daily now. I'm finding the golf course work and reduced hours much better impact-wise.

To me, these illegal chemists don't seem far removed from the legal ones what with their experimentation and lack of empathy for the suffering they cause...just another experiment to them...

Justin. I see it more as a remedy than a problem...The only way to curb the mass use and addiction is for enough bad stuff to hit the streets for long enough to kill enough, until it scares people away from it...it won't quit getting made & sold until there is too small a profit to be made. La enforcement is a failure in this fight and will continue to be...they are profiting greatly from it also...at least here in the US. Sorry for your friends' loss. Addiction is a terrible way to go and a terrible way to live.

Our fieldstone is quite globe-like here. There are several hundred old fieldstone houses in MI. I keep thinking of taking a road trip or three some day and grabbing pictures of several of them. Nice sized pup to add to your pack.:) He looks all Terrier al right...:/::lol:

Sounds overly broad and simplistic Bob...has little to do with industry specific punitive tariffs. Also, tariffs and domestic taxes are two different things, and I'm sure you're aware of them having different repercussions on different groups. Having only growth as an economic goal, to the exclusion of what the qualities of that growth may mean for the future of the general population is short sighted.

Actually seems to be strictly punitive for recent developments with Dairy.

We're just finally getting over the housing fiasco/crisis from the Bush era...now they want to build but there is a huge carpenter shortage...can't keep up with demand. The artificial price inflation Trump will create for lumber should slow things down a bit...and cost new homeowners more.

Checked out my '96 F150 and tried to get it started today, to drive for the summer again...battery is toast...but so is the frame...broke right in half behind the front axle just in front of the brace that holds the axle straight. Been driving it for a couple years already with a blown head gasket, shot fuel pump, and no back brakes ...time to retire the old beast. They'll pay me 200 to haul it away...fine with me; I got it for free and drove the heck out of it for 5-6 years.

Bummer about the cow Jim. Drove past the golf course today and noticed the garage door open, so called the bos to make sure it was him. it was. Guess I start back to work (and the course opens) on Monday. :) Didn't think we'd start before May 1 so that is a nice surprise.

I think Pompeo's description of him is accurate. I also think he should leave the embassy and turn himself in to the courts...
