smoky pork and beans

I made this up for our fireworks night celebrations.

500gram of belly pork
1 large chorizo sausage
125gram of bacon bits
1 red onion
300gram tinned mushrooms
i red pepper
285grams sticky bbq marinade
2x415grams heinz baked beans

Throw everything into a large pot. stir well, simmer til piping hot, serve over jacket potatoes, or with chunks of bread.

I find it interesting you measure in grams! What in the world is a Jacket Potato? Baked Potato?

baked potato = jacket potato. Sorry for the grams, thats how everything is labelled here. 500grs about 1lb, if that helps

hahaha, never you mind A, 454 grams is a pound!

I miss a good chili or beans dish, wifey doesnt like it (beans) so 'we' dont get it anymore.
