I've done the crown in the past, and you can do it where they all go through the link/snap/carbiner I think... Will have to look.

Lol you are right Gary, I have a hard enough time as is! I can't even imagine being that totally helpless and dependant on other people for my continued life, and I don't want to imagine going out like that. Diving is such a hard job that I almost want to give them a pass for being so horrible with a chainsaw

That depends on who the social studies teacher is. I was a high school teacher for two years....science. The teacher on the other side of the "curtain" wall (an accordion contraption) was Sargeant Green...VietNam vet, artillery. I was already fairly well trained then in martial arts...fair amount of gun handling experience, too. He and I would have been prime candidates for specific firearms handling skills related to student/school defense. He had already "been there, done that"...no BS about him. I am sure there are good people in every school who could and would step up to the plate to learn what it takes to develop a gun hand skill that might save their students. Maybe keep a bad guy(s) busy long enough for the cops to show up...and then, hopefully, come help. At least to have a chance to stay alive. I guarantee you those coaches in Broward County would have loved to have a gun to confront the shooter. They died protecting kids...a helluva brave and noble thing to do. I wish they could have found a way to kill the bastard and be live heroes.

I'm heavily invested in Milwaukee tools, so I'm waiting for their chainsaw. I'm just going to end trim big timbers with it. Better than running the 395 in the garage. I think we are going to see a lot of improvement in battery tools in the next five years. I'm interested to know how it works for you.

Can anyone here speak of parental responsibility? Honestly, it aeems like a deliberate effort to ignore the cause, instead, focusing on the effect

Worked with a bit of snow. Did some orchard pruning, and maple reduction of a rotten thing leaning toward the house. 4-500 pounds less, way out there, should help. Wondered how hard life before throwlines was. Scared some landscaping, none harmed. Bought a Husqvarna battery-powered rear-handle saw. About like a MS211, probably less than an MS250. $300 with one battery and charger. Nice!
